After earning his Bachelor’s degree in Fire Science from Providence College, Wayne Milette gained extensive work experience as a professional municipal Firefighter. He conducted fire suppression efforts and delivered emergency medical services. Additionally, he provided emergency response training to other staff and public associates. He was simultaneously employed as a Safety and Human Performance Manager for a very large company which operated hardware outlets and lumber yard operations. His role entailed obtaining and maintaining regulatory compliance through training, inspections, and policy commitment in accordance with standards set by agencies such as the Occupational Health and Safety Administration (OSHA) and the National Fire Protection Association (NFPA).

Mr. Milette completed continuing education courses in facilities management. As an ambitious professional interested in health and safety, he attended Keene State College, where he studied to become a Safety and Health Specialist and Occupational Health and Safety Administration (OSHA) approved trainer. Outside his professional life, he enjoys spending his leisure time outdoors. His other interests include country music, rock and roll music, and nature photography. With over 20 years of professional experience, Wayne Milette established a successful career in occupational health and safety. In addition to his firefighting expertise, he served as a health and safety coordinator for a large insurance company. Wayne Milette also wrote and delivered many Occupational Health and Safety Administration (OSHA) compliant training courses, along with educational programs compliant with the National Fire Protection Agency (NFPA).
